although designs may appear similar in design, they are not all priced equally the same. due to the uniqueness of each individual order, prices vary depending on concept, size, colour selection, additions and other factors and therefore priced per order.

we kindly ask for a minimum of 2 weeks notice for grab & go balloons and personalized balloons. A minimum of 4 weeks notice for larger, more complex designs, organic garlands and custom colours.

*custom colours refer to hues + shades of colours that are not readily available for mainstream purchase.

yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your order and to book you in for the date desired.

We service all of Niagara Region along with the Hamilton area and surrounding cities (Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Caledonia, Brantford, Burlington) for an additional fee.

Delivery is waived for orders that require installation services.

Yes, there is a $550.00 minimum spend for this service which is inclusive of delivery.

You can cancel your services/ order at any time during the booking process and up to 48 hours prior to the event date. However, due to the nature of the product, no refunds or replacements will be given. Returns are not accepted. All sales are final.

We only use the highest quality biodegradable balloons and materials however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup.

Once the product is delivered, we will not be held responsible for the condition of such items after they have been delivered/picked up/ installed in good condition.

Given the nation wide helium shortage, we are currently only offering personalized helium balloons.

yes, we limit the size options for grab & go garlands to 4ft, 6ft and 8ft for this reason.

4ft - easily fits into the backseat of a sedan

6ft - can fit into the backseat of a small size SUV

8ft - can fit into the backseat of a medium size SUV with the seats folded down
